Description and Ethnobotany

Taxonomy It is a hybrid between Mussaenda 'Dona Luz' and Mussaenda philippica 'Aurorae', created by the University of the Philippines in 1963. The hybrid was named in honour of H.M. Queen Sirikit during Their Majesties visit to the Philippines.
